Vicky Omifolaji is the owner of Vicky Omifolaji Consulting & Psychotherapy Services with over 20 years’ experience helping and empowering people to deal with their life issues.
She is also the Director of Life Skills Programs for Young People an organization with the primary goal of helping to develop critical life skills in children as well as young adults. These include the skills to believe in themselves, handle their feelings, make and keep friends, cooperate with others, foster respect, resolve a conflict that in turn builds resilience.
Vicky is an Accredited and Clinical Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers and an Accredited Drug and Alcohol clinical worker.
She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT), Melbourne and Masters in Counselling from Monash University, Clayton, Melbourne. She is an accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Australian Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
She is an author of numerous books including children’s (picture) books to help in equipping children with skills including bully proofing, anger management, problem-solving and emotional self-awareness.
Vicky is happily married to Dr. Stephen Omifolaji. She has three wonderful children – Shina, Victor, and Maryanne.
