About Me
A sports specialist with more than 12 years experience gained in many sectors of the Australian sports industry. Well-developed skills to plan, implement and evaluate multiple projects including designing and implementing learning opportunities. Strong background in female sport and implementing female sport programs at grassroots level (women and girls.)
Worked for both national and state sporting organisations and local government, can relate strategic visions to grass roots reality by capitalising on management experience at a community sport level.
Is an enabler who thrives in a team environment. Consults widely, calls it as it is and holds people accountable to ensure strategic initiatives are achieved.
