People can not be what they can not see
Founder, Entrepreneur, Supply Chain Innovator
Business and Finance, Cultural Diversity, Governance, Leadership
By day Sam works in large organisations to improve and innovate across the supply chain, and all other times she is a mother of two, founder of Sistrv8, studying masters of entrepreneurship and innovation and board member of several not for profit organisations.
Sam believes that entrepreneurship empowers communities, using her experiences as a Muslim women entrepreneur and intrapreneur to empower individuals with entrepreneurial skills. Her current venture, Sistrv8 with cofounder Aisha Dani, was born out of the frustration experienced by Muslim women who have additional barriers to establishing, scaling up and investing their entrepreneurial endeavors. Islamic financing is a very important aspect of investing when Muslim women are considering funding options.
Sam has undergraduate studies in Psychology and Social Research, post graduate studies in supply chain management and masters of business administration.
