Lisa is a passionate health promotion officer who believes that all people should have the opportunity to make healthy life choices.
She has experience in planning, implementing and evaluating a variety of health promotion projects with diverse participants, including #HerTribe, an empowerment program for Aboriginal women and the Coach Program, a health-promotion education program for Aboriginal preschoolers.
Lisa is passionate about the role of sport and community participation in building and developing social capital and wellbeing amongst diverse groups. She is a published author writing on the topic of exploring sport and positive integration for Congolese refugees in rural areas. She is skilled in Communication, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement and graduate from La Trobe University with Honours.
