Le Ho is founder and director of Aspiring Promotions (AP), a business that supports clients to reveal their entrepreneurial flair.
Le Ho was the director of Capital City Waste Services from 2009. Within five years of taking over the business, Le had turned Capital City Waste Services into the largest privately owned waste company in NSW, wholly owned and operated by a woman. In March 2016, she successfully sold and exited the business.
Le is also founder and director of a group of companies including Zero Waste Management and Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG).
Le is an international speaker. She is passionate about encouraging others to achieve their dreams and inspiring entrepreneurs to find their platform and voice to step up, speak up and be the best person they can be.
Le was named one of the 100 Women of Influence (Bus. / Enterprise Category) Aust. Fin. Review and Westpac 2014 and was a National Finalist in the 2014 Ethnic Business Awards (Small Business Category) Ethnic Business Awards and NAB. In 2017, Le was a Finalist in the NSW Woman of the Year Awards (Business Category) NSW Government, and was named 2017 Women of the West Award winner (Business Category) Western Sydney University.
Le was featured in Rare Birds: #IFSHECANICAN and is now a mentor at the Rare Birds Mentorship Program to assist and mentor other aspiring female entrepreneurs in reaching their dreams.
In 2016 and 2017, Le’s biography was included in the Edition of Who’s Who of Australian Women, which features prominent women around Australia who have helped shape our community.
Through Aspiring Promotions, Le hopes to continue supporting and inspiring other entrepreneurs to build their personal brand.
