Karen Delvin is the founder and Managing Director of Bridges. She is an Organisational Development specialist with over 20 years executive management and consulting experience within top 200 companies, government and community organisations.

Karen’s understands and gives practical advice on daily realities of operational and strategic management, where change is vital to success.
