We are an independent advocate for women and girls. Since 1985, we have been promoting true gender equality through annual grants, targeted research, education, policy submissions, events and more.

Everything we do is about creating an equal future for all. We advocate for violence prevention, fair wages for equal work, and equal representation of women, girls and gender diverse people in the decision making processes that shape our lives.

We centre our work around three major focus areas: Equal Representation, Health & Safety and Economic Security. We firmly believe in the power of the collective — by joining together today, we know that we can make a better tomorrow.
